Leasing facilities:

This service is provided in order to finance a part of the contract amount to support the development of knowledge-based products and services market with the following conditions:

·        The minimum facility is 200 million rials, and the payment of the facility is a maximum of 70% of the contract amount without considering the added value and after deducting the discounts (the remaining 30% of the contract amount and added value is the responsibility of the buyer). Payment of facilities after delivery of goods and deposit will be 30% of the buyer's share.
·         Guarantees will be obtained from the buyer and payment of facilities will be made to the account of the seller's company.
·         The facility rate is 9 and 11 percent and the maximum repayment period of the facilities will be 36 months including the breathing period.
·         Simultaneous use of all types of facilities and other accrual services of the fund, with market development facilities (leasing), provided that the goods are available in the seller's warehouse, is unimpeded. However, the company cannot receive leasing service and other facilities at the same time in one contract.
